More ways to work
Connect other systems
What Tally lists as connectable today, said plainly.
Where this stands today
Tally lists the job-management and accounting systems it is built to work with, under Setup, then Integrations. The page states its own position in one line, and this guide is not going to dress it up: live sync is connect-later.
So treat this page as the roadmap rather than a set of switches. Nothing here is a finished two-way sync yet.

What is on the page
Eight cards, each describing what that connection is for when it lands.
Simpro Premium searches catalogue items and pre-builds, and creates quotes. AroFlo searches your inventory and exports your items. Xero searches your inventory and creates new quotes. QuickBooks searches products and creates new quotes.
Ascora searches supplier items and creates new quotes. Fergus searches your favourites and creates new quotes. ServiceM8 searches products or bundles and creates new jobs. Workmate lets you choose catalogue items during takeoff and creates new quotes.
The pattern behind all eight is the same: pull rates and items in from the system you already keep them in, and push a finished quote back out.
Until then, the price book does this job
Your own rates, saved once and shared across every takeoff, are what makes quoting fast today. See build your price book.
Getting your numbers into another system now
Export the quantities as CSV and import that. A CSV opens in any spreadsheet and is accepted by most accounting and job-management systems, so nothing has to wait for a connection to exist. See export your takeoff.
